I tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid no. [protected] on 21 sept and 22 sept 2016 for rs 201 and rs 135 respectively through your payment gateway. money was deducted on both the occasions but transactions were unsuccessful and recharge didn't materialize. ref no. for 21/09/2016 is ig0ctbqlt1 rs 201/- and for 22/09/2016 for rs 135/- is ig0ctchtq7.
Kindly return the money in my account.

I have made online electricity bill payment of Rs.3270/- for my bill of August, 2016 through BillDesk to CESC on 16/09/2016 by my SBI debit/visa Card. Though the required amount of Rs.3270/- has been debited from my account through such transaction from the said gateway's end, CESC is not showing the receipt of the said amount.Confirm the payment.
