Billdeskutil — amount deducted from paytm wallet

On 17th nov 2017 i had purchased policy through policy bazaar & made payment through paytm wallet, although amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction got failed. So my chasing with paytm to get my refund, for same i've called to paytm customer care about refund they confirmed that the merchant name : billdeskutil, your transaction under order id : jpt[protected], jpt[protected] was successful.
