Billduskutil — transaction fail msg

Dear sir,
On 17th sep 2019 i had purchased insurance policy through coverfox (New india assurence) & made payment through paytm wallet, although amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction got failed. So my chasing with paytm to get my refund, for same i've called to paytm customer care about refund they confirmed that the merchant name : billdeskutil, your transaction under order id : qpt[protected] was successful. So requesting to billdesk kutil to refund my money back. Or issue my policy
