Bills Tv — Horror story

I'm starting out to say what a shame the way you treat customers I'm 65 on social security get 900 a month went to Best buy bought a LG tv less than 3 weeks ago and on the 13 day of it started to mess up so bright you couldn't see the picture and hurt your eyes so I tried turning brightness down and unplugging it over night so had to call customer support here is the horror story you have one of the worst customer support people there is the 1st call was on the phone over 2hrs while they remotely went into the tv but was told it's is to Brite and they couldn't fix it either now after another 5 to 6 times to be hung up on lied to told by a supervisor to shut up so she could tell me there is nothing she can do and LG don't care about one customer and if I didn't but another LG product they won't miss one person her name was Chris so called in the next day hours being on the phone to be lied to and hung up on and very rude people to finally have someone tell me that the TV has to try to be repaired before anything can be done shame big company like LG can't just replace a new TV for another new TV but so waited get a text from the repair guy asking me what it was and send him pictures I did then nothing then I get a call from LG asking if he got ahold of me to come out to try to fix it that he got the parts told them no and how can he know what parts to order when he didn't even come over to look at it but waited another couple of days called back customer support to only be lied to put on hold and be disconnected so finally women told me to wait so I did like 30 minutes to come back and tell me she had the repair guy on the phone for me to talk to him so ask him if knew when he might come to try to fix it this guy went off telling me he was in Cleveland all day and he is 2 weeks behind on his work and just being rude so I ask him why are you yelling at me so he ask if I was going to be home late tonight I said yes but he had to bring someone with him because I had a mini stroke and fell down the steps and tore my rotator cuff and couldn't lift then he really went off telling me it would take him 2 or 3 weeks to find someone to help him and he doesn't have time for this and he wasn't going to try to fix it and for me to call back customer support tell them that this TV is less than 3 weeks old to send me a new one or get another repair guy so I did I called customer support once again was put on hold waited about 30 minutes to have this women lying to me telling me he hasn't even got the parts yet we'll I told her that he did and customer support called said he did to so she said nothing else she can do so I called back again was put on hold to be disconnected so I tried again ask to talk to a supervisor to be told it could be 48 to 72 hrs before a call back and once again they can't do anything else till the repair guy cancelled the appointment to me no one else should have to go through the hours after hours on the phone with customer support to be lied to hung up on to talk to the rudest people I have ever talked to all over a tv that is less than 3 weeks old it's not like it's months or years old it is a brand new TV should be replaced with a new TV so now sit here because I trusted LG with out a tv it's the only tv I got look at 4 walls for all-day don't go to many places because I'm disabled and to be treated like this what a shame where did your loyalty go it's a shame
