Bima Lokpal — complained about policy no: 22533592 of pnb metlife insurance

I want to inform you that the sales agent (Mr. Rajeev Gupta) of PNB MetLife cheated me by miss-selling the policy. He got my mobile number as a reference from my colleague (who already bought a policy from Mr. Rajeev Gupta and on behalf of his policy No.[protected] he called me and i purchased an Endowment saving plan plus scheme ( as my colleague bought) in the month of March 2018. My policy number is 22533592. As per agent the Simple Revisionary bonus rate is calculated at the rate of 7% per annum but when I checked it online after getting my policy document, first rider (accidental rider)was not added as per commitment and secondly on the website it is mentioned that company paid it at the rate of 3% simple interest. He also committed of the 15-25 % per annum rate of the terminal bonus starting from the 10th year and a sum was assured 48-49 lacks minimum but as per company website it was maximum 15%. I have received my bond paper after a month i.e 29th April 2018 after seeing the document then I found that rider was missing and I didn’t found anywhere the percentage and sum assured by the agent. Number of time i tried to contact to sales agent Mr. Rajeev Gupta by the telephonic call or through a sms on WhatsApp but he didn’t reply later on I received a sms on my WhatsApp from Mr. Rajeev Gupta i.e “wait for…..few hours….I’ll cl u…sir…m outside” but when I didn’t receive any call from him then I started to call Regional Manager Mr. Ashwini. After discussion with Mr. Ashwini, he came to my house with Mr. Vikram and he assured me that revisionary bonus max 3.5-4% and terminal bonus max 15% and you will get sum assured minimum 42-44 lacks and asked me to submit further document of my spouse to add accidental rider. Mr. Ashwini took my policy paper back for change it but I received my bond paper once again on 5th September 2018 in which the that rider was not added yet. I and my colleague send a complained to their customer care a mail id ([protected]@pnbmetlife.co.in) to terminate our policy in June 2018 but my colleague got the confirmation (Policy No.[protected] for termination his policy but I didn’t get till now. I have send mail to the customer care number of time but every time I got almost same reply that you didn’t raise any concern within 15 days and after some time they replied me that we are not going to entertain anymore.Parallely I complained to online consumer forum www.consumehelpline.gov.in vide complained number 945857 and 856717. He has cheated me by miss-selling this policy. I am requesting to you to look into the matter personally asap and terminate my policy and return my money. I will wait for next seven days otherwise I will move to the court.

महोदय आप को अवगत कराना है की प्रार्थी की पत्नी संतोष देवी पत्नी कमल सिंह का प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा का इलाहबाद यूपी ग्रामीण बैंक शाखा तिंदवारी में करवाया गया था उक्त खाताधारक का देहांत 24/07/2018 को हो गया जिसका दावा क्लेम बैंक शाखा तिंदवारी द्वारा 18/08/2018 को किया गया था लेकिन उक्त सन्दर्भ में आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है
