I was took a kotak life policy on dated 18/5/2018, at the time of manager promises me lot of things and he didn't told me about lock in period and it's disadvantage, i blindly trust him, once i received the policy, after 6 months i come to know that this policy having some lock in period, so i call to manager but he is shifted and then i called to customer care, the lady told me that you have lock in period, i don't understand about lock in period, she explain me that if you closed the policy now then your policy will be closed and you will not get any single rupees better you convert in ecs and pay at least 3 years so you will get your deposited money, i thought i have to continue for 3 years, after 3 years i called to customer care for my money, they said if you closed your policy, we consider your policy as a surrender, i am shocked i have paid more than 162000/- now they are talking like this, i am literally depressed, i do not understand what to do, now i complain to irda against but kotak life is not taking any seriousness, i want my money back, if they told me about proper plan with lock in period, i was never enter in this matter., now they block with took lumsum about in the beganing of the policy, so i unable to take action that time, but not i want my premium about back.. They are making people full and just doing sales, this is my hard money...
