Bima Lokpal — mis selling complaint

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i (Rohit kumar) purchased a insurance policy[protected] money back plan on dated 11/10/2017 from future genrali through their channel partner singhma insurance broker ltd. And i receved my policy bond on dated 25/10/2017. They promise me 40% discount on my first premium but when i got my policy bond they are not responding me. So that iwant to cancle my policy and want my money back. I have already submitted all document regarding cancellation in f. G. Office. But they are not responding regarding my money back.
So i requested to you kindly have a look on my request as soon as possible..
