Bima Lokpal — multiple policies at hdfc life with almost no benefit at all

Hi,
I have following policies with hdfc life with name on the policy and policy number:
1.[protected] vasudev malik
2.[protected] vasudev malik
3. 16661437 - sahil malik
4.[protected] pushpa malik
5.[protected] sonia malik

I got an call from hdfc life person mentioned that he has registered an complain at gbic as iam not getting any benefits with these policies.
He has given me the complain number - hdfc0061919rh

After that i got an call from a person from gbic. He has offered me to open one more policy from other vendors to recover the amount.
I don't know the person is from gbic or not as he is calling me from personal number.
