Bima Lokpal — premium increased 300% by pnb-oriental royal mediclaim policy

My name is radhey shyam shukla. I have a medicllaim policy amount 500000. From may-2014 til now. Renuval of my curent policy no.224302/48/2018/321 is due on[protected]. But when i drop a check of rs.6990.00 to pnb branch, he told me that premium of said policy is now increased by 300% & now premium is 19587.00.

Sir this premium increase is so much & unfair.
So please look the matter & send me logic that how can cpmp. Increas premium 300%. Pl. Also send me reply.
