I have a call from excutive mr. Manish sharma [protected] bhima lokpal that if you are having any dispute or if your unable to pay the policy or your feel that ur not getting any benefit from the present policy. Then you can freeze the same policy and we ensure that you will get the refund with in 90-120 days time of the freeze policy, only i have to buy new policy of less premium, so i new policy was sold to me. Aegon in the end of april 2017.
So as discussed i have stopped old policy icicipru.[protected] and[protected]. Now i am also getting calls for icici for the payment as per them the policy has not blocked. I think i have got cheated.
When i am asking for refund of old policy they not picking up the call.
Kindly suggest me how to proceed. Should lunch fir & put the case in consumer forum.
