I have taken a medical insurance policy from oriental insurance in 2011 with the condition of payment of pre-exiting disease cover after 4 year of regular continuation of policy.in 2015 we have claimed the reimbursement & received the claim. We have received the claim up to 2106 but after that the insurance company is not giving the claims. They are neither refusing the claim nor ready to settle the same. Even after our repeated reminders they are not responding. Kindly advise us what action we can take & what documents you required to settle the claims. Was this information helpful? |
