I got a call regarding loan and have been told that if you buy our policy we will provide you 20 lakhs loan against it... Once i bought policy they stopped attending my calls... they send policy after free look period.. i complaint to HDFC but they didn't take any action... Kindly suggest if anything can happen. it was purchased on aug 2016.. i have been told that they are calling from Reliance capital.. i had there whats app chat also...when i complaint against them finaly i have been told you cant get any loan unless your policy will be a year old... n when i called after year got no response Was this information helpful? |
