[Resolved]  Binomo — Withdrawal problems

I encountered such a problem in the withdrawal process, what should Ido? Guys, will Binomo see this message? If so, can anyone tell me what to do? I've deposited and withdrawn several times during the day and I'm wondering if it could be something like this but I hope they don't waste my money...
