Dear sir/madam,

I ordered for testoultra pump package of rs 1450/- but you have deducted 10005/- from icici bank account.

You have deducted extra of rs 8555/- my account. This not good practice from company like we are hoping good service from your side.

Please look into this and trans my remaining money back to my account.

Updated by kishoresahu I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on their website, the price mentioned there as 1450 INR for one month consignment, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10005 INR for 6 month consignment pocket through my ICICI debit card payment on 12th July 2017 .
Immediately, I had sent my mail to return the money to my ICICI bank account through which I had made the payment earlier.
But, after two days (on 13th July'2017), I have got the reply from them (email ID.. [protected]@biotrimlabs.com) that they have already processed the shipping and hence they can't change the order (their consignment no#5B0056F7EE) .
This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. Please address my concern immediately.
Can you help me to cancel the order.
