Biotecnika — No refund

I took their online classes. For some reasons I asked for refund by next day of INR 9750/- THAT I PAID. ITS BEEN 24 days since I asked for refund and I still don't have any update! Mr.Deepak Singh is not responding at all. My parents hard earned money is stuck there useless due to their negligence.
