Hello Birla Electricals, I purchased Birla Arctic HI-TECH cooler few months back but its pump has started malfunctioning few days back. I live in UP but and there is no support available. I purchased Birla life style air cooler but service is not provide company service station or company intimation. very poor in service, I try to search company and service station contact person but no result by net or local dealer of Birla Air cooler Paras traders
