Birla Electricals Ltd — birla hand grinder

I had purchased birla hand grinder. It has now stopped working. I need to get it repaired but the local vendors are reluctant to take the job. They asked me to contact the company service centre.
I need to know where do i get my hand grinder repaired in pune. Is there a company service centre here. Please help. There is no information available online. Thanks
