I logged complaint of current leakage for my steam iron IR2202 on 21-May-2020 with Stovekraft (Authorised service provider for Black & Decker) The steam iron was under warranty. I was given service request id - 1439519.
It had already been repaired once in Feb-2020 for water leakage.
The steam iron was taken by the company representative as he could not solve the problem at our home.
Till date the iron has not been returned to me. I have sent numerous whatsapp ([protected]) messages and mails to the given contact numbers. Initially they confirmed that my complaints shall be addressed soon but later they stopped replying.
The helpdesk people[protected] hang up my call whenever I mention my service request number. Was this information helpful? |
