I had given blackberry Passport to service centre on 13th dec 2016 and expected delivery date was 27th dec 2016 but still my phone is not repaired... I called the store and i am getting the answer that BlackBerry is shifting there main service center from Bangalore to Delhi and they are unable to submit my phone ...my phone is still with blackberry service center ...and they cannot tell me how many more days it will take ...
This kind of service is really not expected from blackberry...i am really very dissatisfied from the service.. Was this information helpful? |
