I bought Blaupunkt soundbar on 22/07/2022 via amazon and the product is under warranty for one year. The product stopped working some days back and I reached out to customer service yesterday 21/07/2023 regarding the non working product.
A representative reached out today and said that the product is no more under warranty. This is not true as the product was still under warranty till yesterday and I reached out to them yesterday via email and whatsapp.
The company is violating its terms of warranty by claiming that the product is no more under warranty despite the fact that I reached out to them within the warranty period.
The product should be repaired by the company as it was still under warranty till yesterday.
I have attached the copies of the email conversations and the invoice.
