Hi,
I am from India. I am using my hdfc bank from last two years but suddenly there was an unauthorised transaction that took place on my account dated on 26th July 2020. There was an amount of deduction of 495 INR. I dint receive any otp also before deduction and i dint subscripe to any website like this.
The name stated as "bld Resume" which has deducted the amount from my bank.
I am requesting a refund as early as possible.
