Hi,
This is is parameshwari from coimbatore. I am using hdfc credit catd from the last 2 years

Now when there was a fraud transaction of rs.1, 791.83 they did not ask any otp, which i have not used and is a fraud transaction by someone.

I feel the live career.com website have done this because i have received a amount debited message from that website. Why should i pay for the amt which is not my transaction and for what they have never taken up any action.

Clear words from me is that i have asked them to go by legal to collect money so that this issue comes in public and everyone is aware regarding service of hdfc. I am also planning to take help of media.
