My shipment with tracking number[protected] has been stuck at Customs since may 16, 2022. I have inquired multiple times with Customer Support and have emailed them thrice asking if there was any lapse in documentation from my side but there has been no satisfactory follow up and as of May 26, 2022, the package is still waiting at Customs. I even tried to reach them over phone but got no response.
I paid customs duty once. They replaced it because it was a product complaint. The replaced product is now held by customs
I have attached the only response I received from them. I have also attached the tracking history.
Please let me know when and how I can get my package.
