[Resolved] Blinkit — Amount debited but order not placed | |||
I tried to place an order on Blinkit on 10 august 2022 at 11.01 AM for . The money was deducted from my Simpl account but the order was not successful. The amount was Rs.803/- I tried to contact Blinkit through chat, email, and phone but either way I could not get in touch with them, or even if I did, there was no response from the company. I have not got back my money also. I am sorry to say but this is a clear case of cheating. I have lost trust in Blinkit. I please want my money back. My registered no is [protected]. Aug 20, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have attached the chat details which the company promised me to refund my amount of 803/- within seven days. I have also mail them on official mail id [email protected] .but now they are saying no such amount debited .if amount not debited then how initiated the refund process. Which i have already shared the chat details between me and blinkit support with you .i have also the transaction details of Simpl a/c where my money had debited | |||
