BloomsVilla — Did not receive flowers for order #BV2279069

Placed flowers for my mother on mother's day to be delivered on 8th May by 8 pm cost Rs. 799. Status in the app shows in progress. But it never got delivered. Later checking the Google reviews I got to know this is fraud company. Even the phone number doesn't work. This is the worst flower delivery app fooling people. Please bloomsvilla deliver the order

Now status shows on hold - out of service area. If this is the case when I checked with pin number why did you tell that delivers to the location. Please refund my money

Now it says order on hold. If you can't deliver, please refund my money. Because when I check with pin code if you deliver to the location it said yes it delivers.
