I ordered (Number - BV[protected] bouquet & cake on 5th Oct evening amounting to 1749 with paying additional amount of 250 for delivering the same in midnight.
Order was accepted. While chating with customer care executive in the night as i wasn't getting any update, cam to know that it can't be delivered midnight. I requested for cancellation to which they said cancellation can be done only via sending email which I did that night only.
My order was then updated for delivery for 6th Oct - 9 AM to 12 PM, I waited for that even I was having plans with family to go out. It didn't came.
Post that we left for outstation & delivery guy turned up @ 4 PM for delivery.
All this was very well communicated to blooms villa team, now they are refusing to refund the amount despite so many escalations. They are one of th first company from customer experience point. (They are talking about some hidden terms & conditions as excuse for not refunding the money)
My point is if delivery wasn't possible midnight why additional charge was taken & why order was taken. On top of it no one communicated about. Delivery not happening. I kept following up with them on this!
Request help in getting refund as it was my wife's bday l, one they reuined the occasion by not delivering the product & now they are refusing for refund also they are harassing me.
Kindly take strict action against them as they don't care about customers.
