BloomsVilla — Order Cancellation

Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat we advertises "we respond immediately" was frustratingly unresponsive and agonizingly slow. The cake was to be delivered between 1800h and 2100h and never came through. I had finally cancelled the order and dropped a mail as well to that effect by 2300h. To my shock, I learnt that the business was not even aware of the developments or my email! Need my hard earned money back.

They cheat people on regular basis. The government must ban this site for fraudulent activity and they are criminals
