I had ordered flower bouque on 14th Feb 23 at around 11 am for same day delivery & mentioned that i should be delivered before 8pm which was not delivered. at around 11.30 pm got call from delivery boy to pick my order from him & he has not delivered it.

I had sent several mails to them but there was on reply. i have even raised complain on there website but which still show that it is still in open status.
tried to call them but the number ([protected]) goes constantly busy & by any change it connects, it goes auto reply mode & person waits.

I need my refund back which was paid in advance.
