cake and flower order placed on 18 jan but the confirmation i got was for 19 jan so i asked to put it on hold and meanwhile tried connecting to customer care to request for sam eday delivery as i already paid rs. 1698. no one picked the call.
next day i get a mail that since they did not had lilies they are processing the order with roses. after that i get a call saying the same but i ask them to cancel the order bcause the occasion has already passed. they cancelled but now they are not refunding my money and saying they are going to give a gift card for the same value or deduct 200 rs as cancellation charges.
i need my full refund as they did never mention at the time of booking that there will be cancellation charges even when they did not had lilies. Was this information helpful? |
