I have already submitted n number of complaints to customer care of Bloomsvilla. I was asking refund for not delivering gift not only on time but also not on the same day.

Order To be delivered on date and Time(Preferred Time):: 12 to 3PM, 6th Dec'22
Order Delivered :: 7th December (Which was rejected by my wife as anniversary was already over on 6th December)
Expected solution:: Refund
Last Mail to the company ::
You have not delivered the order till yesterday 9pm as well.
I have reconfirmed it with security guard so please stop lying and I have recorded a statement from the Security guard which will help me when I will put claims on you.
So dear bloomsvilla team, kindly issue a refund because you have failed every commitment you have made. Neither it was delivered in PREFERRED TIME NOR IT IS DELIVERED ON NEXT COMMITTED TIME.(WHICH IS 6PM YESTERDAY) EVEN YOU FAILED TO DELIVERED THE PARCEL IN SAME DAY(BY 9-10-11PM IN THE NIGHT)... So Now issue my refund, the order has been ditched by us. Your delivery guy finally made call @ approx 10 am today. So dont make a joke now and immediately issue my refund.
Order was supposed for yesterday not for today so we are denying the delivery as order was not delivered YESTERDAY till 11:59PM.
