BloomsVilla — Unreceived products and no refund

Did not receive the order on the selected date even after paying surge price for it.

my order number is BV23142809.

The date I selected was 14 feb 2023 for valentine's day and they even charged a surge price for delivery of 450 INR. The product was supposed to be delivered by 8 PM But I have not got any update until now.

The reviews I see online is that people have faced the same problem. I am not very hopeful I will get the product at all. And what purpose will it solve if it doent get delivered on time.

Same here. Placed order today at 12:50 pm and the delivery estimated time given is 8 PM.
