[Resolved]  Bluedart - Dartplus — without contacting me, they marked the item as wrong address

Address: 110 Velayutham Road, Sivakasi., Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, 626123

I ordered a shopclues polybag through shopclues for my online business. My address is a gst registered one and am doing business with flipkart, amazon and paytm from this address without any issue. But bluedart without even contacting me marked the item as fake address/fake order. When i did contact the sivakasi branch, they told that if you want come and collect it, else we will be sending it back. As i was in urgent need of the item, i personally collected the item. This is happening 3rd time.

1st time they returned the item after 5 days without even contacting me. They simply told that i was not reachable or responding. As i am doing business with the address and mobile number how come i was not reachable for 5 days. I did't even get a call. All these times i got a message from bluedart as below..

"hello, i will be personally delivering your shipment [protected] today. You can reach me on [protected] - ganesh babu/bluedart"

But whenever i call the number it goes busy after a ring.

Also we have one more order with order id - 169681566. Which is now shipped through Bluedart. I am sure that Bluedart Sivakasi will mark this as fake address without calling me. They will simply say that I am not reachable. Useless courier and poor consumer support fro. Shopclues.

As I mentioned in my above complaint, I personally went to Bluedart courier and received the item. That is the concern here. Bluedart Sivakasi is saying that they wont call us, we have to check message from shopclues and come and collect the items.

Else they will just mark as fake address and customer not reachable. After 3 days they will return it to Shopclues. They are just blackmailing. With no option I went to their office and collected it.

I received the item just now from delivery boy Ganesh Babu from Bluedart. I have ordered through Paytm and shopclues earlier with item returning back or I had to collect.

This is first time I am receiving at doorstep from Bluedart. Thanks for the customer service and helpdesk.. Great job.

I would also like to add that Bluedart Sivakasi is doing this for all ecommerce sites. They never contact and return the product saying customer not reachable or fake address. It would be better if this is communicated to Bluedart higher officials through Shopclues.
