We raised complaint for airconditioner not cooling through the bluestar customer care app and they sent private persons. They just loot money. Every month same problem arises, they say there is gas leakage and get more than rs4000 every month and still the same problem arises. Worst customer service. If we call the customer care number, they sent the same private service provider who do some GIMMICKS and loot money from us. Was this information helpful? |
