My BMC water connection number is [protected]@0279345. I had made a payment of Rs. 10, 000/- online on 9/10/20. The said amount got deducted from the payee account but the screen showed ‘internal server error’ after the transaction. The person who made the online payment on my behalf thought since the money is deducted I should ignore the error message and wait for a month or two to see if the payment is reflected in the BMC portal and if not then the amount will be refunded back to account. Now after two months there is neither any acknowledgment of receipt from BMC nor the amount is refunded back to the payee account. I am attaching herewith a screenshot of the bank statement showing the amount paid to BMC/deducted from the payee account. Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
