Whom i should ask all these questions.
Bmrcl operates with tie up or contract employes. They say that i am not responsible for any quaries relating to bmrcl. They don't work for bmrcl.
Regarding my metro card no.[protected]. I travelled from trinity station to byappanahalli station 3 days back. At the exit point the card showed invalid. So the security at the gate told me to go to customer care next gates. I went there, they checked card and issued one token to exit with that. I waited there for about 15 mins. I thought my problem was solved.
After 3 days on sunday afternoon about 2.45 pm when i tried to enter the bayappanahalli metro station entry gate the same issue rises. It says invalid. At that time same procedure, the security told me to go to customercare next to gate. I went there, showed her the card, she says it's invalid, because 3 days back you entered at trinity stn and you did not exit at all. For that i need to pay the fine rs. 50. I asked her why i should i pay. I told her all that happened 3 days back. She asks me in reverse the question, did i was there at that time. You go and ask whoever was there on that day. When i asked her, you work for bmrcl, she says, no i don't work for bmrcl. I am a contract employee. So i have nothing to do for you. I was travelling with my 10 year son, who was standing inside the gate. Whereas i was standing outside. By all these it was 30 to 45 minutes. Later i paid money and bought a ticket waiting in que for about 15 mins. I travelled. But i reached my destination. I missed the programme. I was supposed to attend by 4 pm.
I want clarity where did they mention about penalty. Is it not there responsibility to make us clear that when we go with some problem for customercare to solve with full clarity.
