BMW — I didn't get my parcel that I won from bmw company from uk

I have received a message that i have won the 3, 35, 0000 inr and they said me to send the details about me like name, mobile no, address, email. I have successfully send me details on their mail account about 7 days later i got another mail in that they are saying that my parcel is arrived in new delhi igi airport and i have to pay the 19, 000inr for the custom clearance they also call me and said that i have to pay till evening after that they didn't call me... It's fake or true...
