BMW India — After sales service

My purchase of BMW X-5 from Deutsche Motors, Noida, a year ago become a big reason of never ending headache for me.

0830, BMW-X5 registered in the name of Any Graphics Pvt Ltd., was bought from Deutsche Motors Noida with the assurance and promise by sales official, of excellent after sales services. In case of delay in procurement of parts, they will provide alternate vehicle, this was promised by sales personnel.

My vehicle was kept for few manufacturing defect repairs for many times for a long time and no alternative vehicle was provided. They don't have enough spare parts to deliver the vehicle in short period.

My car is still with them for replacement of fuel pump- which they dont have in stock.

Music system remote is still in non-working condition since 3 moths, whereas my car was called up four times for inspection.

car was kept for many days due to some software issue.

I need to understand, why should i suffer because of these type of technical issues due to no fault from my side.

Myself rohit gupta, i purchased a bmw 3gt from deutsche motoren noida in march 2016, there is a check light show in car from last 4 months, they can't repair the car and not gave me return, tell me ever (we gave ur car after 20 days), part is not available and comes from germany, approx 100 days my car stands in their service centere .
