Complaint on defective and old supply

I purchased a BMW 320 car from Navnit Motors, Mumbai in the month of July'2011. The car was delivered in Kolkata, Westbengal. After the delivery of the car and during the registration of the car I found out that the car manufacturing date was November 2010 and the west bengal registration department refused to register my car since a new variant was launched in the month of April'2010. I earlier used the 320d model and later bought the 520d in the month of March 2011.
It is with great regret that I have to inform, now that almost 4 months have passed, I regret buying the BMW 520d.
