BMW India — taking whole day for routine service of my vehicle

I own one series car n went to karishna bmw yesterday after prior appointment, left the car at 9 30 am n they gave it to me at 5 45 pm saying that u would have to come again as part of the job of cleaning blower is still left, kindly direct them to consider the customers from out of state on priority as i m from himachal, n ask them what did they do for 12 hours?
