BMW India — won a bmw prize

I have got an email that i won bmw car, hp laptop, &money, that the delivery agent came to india, new delhi, he put me a message that i have to pay 27, 500 for clearance form, before delivery of products, then i paid the money. Then they are said open the international bank in royal bank of scotland with the payment of 98, 900 this amount also i paid. Again they are saying for tax code to pay 2, 16, 000 rupees. Then what i have to do i don't know please help me is it fake or real i can't understand. U told me that i won it then why u r asking money again. Is it real, i really won the bmw car or not please give me the information... My name is daddanala ravi kishore india
