Respected Ma’am/Sir
This application is in reference to the complaint against open sky school, sector 5, part VI Gurgaon Haryana. I was working as a employee of open sky for the past 5 months. In the month of July i had to resign from the school in a short notice due to school HM’s Ms bharti arora and the management Ms. Sonu rude and violate behaviour towards me which disturbed my mental State of mind and made me forced to take this decision. I requested them personally and wrote a letter to give my one month salary which is on hold till date as its my right to get my salary but they never bothered to reply or give my money back. It’s impossible for me to work under such people who doesn’t respect me, harass and bully me every single moment. School Management behaviour is not appropriate towards their new employees .
I humbly request to take my complaint seriously and do the quick action against the management of the school. They infact opened the school when all schools were shut in lockdown they harass their employees and make them work like labours. They go against by the laws and protocols given by the government. Kindly do the needful.
I really hope that my concerns will be resolved and i will get my salary back from them.
