Board Of School Education Haryana — Double payment for HTET 2020 - Amount not refunded

For HTET 2020 form, a payment of Rs 1800 as a fee had been made twice. This is for the HTET registration number [protected]. Candidate Name is Monika. I talked to BSEH personally, they told that "this is common issue and happened for many. We have checked and we will refund one transaction amount that is Rs 1800 soon" Its been more than 6 months, but they have not refunded the amount. I tried calling them but number is switched off. Please refund the amount asap. Just FYI, first payment made on 16/11/2020 and second was made on 19/11/2020. Let me know if other information is required. No response till now. I contacted them through email as well but looks like they don't have any interest in resolving the issues. That is why out of 102 only 4 are resolved. What is use of complaining here if this doesn't bound them to work and resolve common man issues. Sorry to say, but if this happens continuously then there will be questions on benefits of this platform for raising complaints.

There are so many people whose money is not returned so this could be a scam as well. If this is not then refund all the people money

These people will not refund money. This is corruption. Its been 9 months no one is telling when they gonna refund. I don't understand why this platform is not taking any action against BSEH who has eaten hard earned money of common people. If this platform is just for writing then it is of no use.
