My name is GEETA KANOJIA. I have been working as a PGT BUSINESS STUDIES in THE PINE CREST SCHOOL B-11 ASOKA CRESENT MARG DLF PHASE-1 SECTOR 26A, GURUGRAM HARYANA 122002 school code: 40396, affiliation code number: 530410 and application number is: EX[protected] since 20/04/2015 till date. The school is giving many duties to perform such as are:
* TEACHING SUBJECT OF ACCOUNTANCY AND BUSINESS STUDIES TO CLASS XI AND XII
* CBSE COORDINATOR
* MAINTENANCE O[censored]DISE PORTAL
* MAINTENANCE OF MIS PORTAL
* MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL ACCOUNTS
* ADMISSION INCHARGE
* ACTIVITY INCHARGE ( CLASS 1 TO 12)
* HOUSE COORDINATOR (COORDINATION WITH ALL HOUSES)
* INCHARGE OF COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION
* COORDINATION WITH BEO AND DEO DEPARTMENT
* INCHARGE OF ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
* INCHARGE FOR EXCURSION
* COORDINATORSHIP OF CLASSES 1Xth TO XIIth
These duties are given by PRINCIPAL (PRIYAA CHAUHAN)and MD MAAM (NIDHI).
They want me to perform the above duties in half salary. They are paying us half salary from April 2020 till now. Now they are torturing me to do these duties for next session. My school timing for new session is 7:30AM to 4:30PM. These duties can't be performed by a single person as I am also a class teacher as well as a subject teacher. Now they are forcing me to give resignation if I do not perform these duties THE PRINCIPAL is forcing me to give resign through ADMISSION COUNSELOR ( SAROJ) and HR (BABITA).
I am receiving regular mails from school principal regarding the above stated duties or to give resignation in case I deny from these duties. I don't want to give resignation at this time as my ward (ISHAAN KANOJIA)is also studying in the same. School and as per CBSE rules, we can't change his school in class XII. They are paying us half salary since April, 2020 till date without any official notification. Aslo help me to have my full salary for all these months April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December till now.
One of my colleague (GULAB SINGH), TGT PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER, He was also forced to give resignation and further he put CM window
