This is to bring in your kind attention that my account got debited twice for Htet pgt level-3 application. Second amount hasn't been refunded as of yet. I have shared the issue via email as well as via phone but no response.now the mobile numbers showing on haryanatet website are switched off. Please revert 1000 RS back as promised by your website that in case double payment will be made, the second amount will get refunded. I have attached my confirmation page which is showing 2 payments.

They won't pay. Even they had to pay me Rs 1800 for the same double payment issue. I contacted vc, admin, rti branch everyone but none of them is responding. This is a scam. I think every year they are doing this. Many people have complain about this but they don't bother.
We need to file a case and after they have to refund every one along with the case amount
