Board Of School Education Haryana — Mathematics teacher not completing the syllabus

My brother is studying in class 12 of government high school gharaunda (karnal) 132114 . his teacher named sanju lata have denied to complete the syllabus and harrased the children to say yes to anyone who asks that syllabus is completed or not otherwise she will fail them in assesment marks and they cannot give exam after that.
i request you to take an action on it as there are still 2 and a half month left for exams.
