Dear sir,
Sir I Sarita Bhardwaj had fill up the HTET/2020 form and submit its fees on 03.12.2020 at 19/21 hours vide registration no [protected] to your UPI ID i.e. [protected]@icici vide transaction ID[protected] successfully but in the online HTET form payment is indicating pending (not submitted). Therefore due to the last date was on 04.12.2020 at about 13/15 hours I again made payment for the above registration from my SBI UPI vide reference no[protected] successfully and fill up the form completely. But my double payment made for the single form and which payment yet to be received.
