I m currently working at sainik public school bahadurgarh haryana. When i joined they didn't provide me any joining letter and principal told me that his word is enough. I served the school for last one year and a 8 months and they stopped my salary from january 2020 till march 2020, however after struggling and following up with them they gave my salary for last 3 month in june finally. Now mr principal has stopped me from taking any further classes and when ever i try to contact them, receptionist says that principal is not available. During lock-down they didn't paid even a single penny though they promised and gave to other teachers. I have all the proofs of chats, email and phone calls recordings with me. They removed me from all the official whats-app chat group and blocked me as well. Now i m unable to contact them. I haven't received my salary from march till date and neither they have given me any written notice of what actually they are doing, if they have kicked me out of the job. If yes then they should give me a reason why? Asking form my salary is not a crime and that too after waiting for 3 months. I want school management to take it seriously and assist me with this. I want my salary to be released and if i have not any thing wrong then why are they not allowing me to take my classes. Due to this lockdown and schools not opening i cannot apply for job elsewhere which is again a problem. I would request all to help me with my rights. Regards, komal sharma.
