I Gautam Upadhyay completed my diploma in instrumentation and control engineering from Ambedkar institute of technology.in 2020. Unfortunately I missed my diploma marksheet of 4th and 5th semester so I applied in board of technical education Delhi for duplicate marksheet in Dec 2020 with all the necessary documents. I was told that u will get your duplicate marksheet by 16 Jan 2021from your institute but it has been now 27 Oct 2021 and till now I have not recieved it yet. I went to institute many times but they told me every time the board has not issued it yet. Also I jave came to bte many times but always they maid some excuses and said we will make it as early as possible. But they didn't. Till today I am here in bte but I don't find any help from here waiting for my duplicate marksheet.
Due to lack of marksheet I am unable to fill forms of apprentice and higher education also during the verification of documents I will be disqualified but they are not understanding it.
