Boat And Paytm — Fraud

Yesterday I have made payment at Indian Cloth Store backed by Boatmusic.live website powered by Shopify and payment partner Paytm for having offers for Boat Handsfree. I have made payment of Rs.293 through paytm app. enclosed screenshot here. Thats shown from Instagram Story.
request you to trace the payment and have the order at my place.

I found the supplier is fraud. i also got contact from paytm help center i.e.
[protected]. He has not received any single call of me even if i tired many times.

Yesterday on 5 Mar 23, I ordered earbuds and Neckband combo package for Rs 254 on instagram powered by boat swizer. I paid by paytm. On successful payment, neither order status nor cancel Order is displaying. I think it is fraud and scam. I want to cancel order but there is no option for cancellation. Please Help to trace my payment and help to return my money.

There is given an email I’d ie [protected]@gmail.com for customer care but when I am leaving mail to this I’d then it is showing that this mail id does not exist. My mobile number is [protected].
