Boat Customer Care Service — Not received my replacement product yet

My ticket number is 1557594, i haven't received my replacement (boAt Rockerz 255F Bluetooth Headset with Mic) yet, it has been more than almost 20 days past and i still not getting any updates regarding the replacement. My product has satisfied all warranty conditions and i want my product asap.
